I have to say,if we judged what we watched by how we live our daily lives....no one would own a television.Recently I had read a remark by James Dobson about profanity, sex, drugs and violence in television sitcoms. So as an experiment I decided to watch the most popular sitcoms(remaining nameless) and counted how many times they showed one or all of the above things. The average was around 11 per 30 minute sitcom. So I challenge everyone to do the same-and see what results you get.

Not to say that, well that is all there is on,is any excuse at all.I am not a big television watcher.I watch alot of news and weather and a few discovery and nick at night shows, but even those arent exempt, believe me.LOL

I love shows/movies with a message-those are my favorites(as you will see on my flixster)but I do put a few others in the mix.Thank you and good night.LOL

This is something we encounter a lot, because I LOVE movies, particularly scary ones (not sci fi, but more along the lines of whodunit murder ones) and they are often questionable in morals of course.
This is also true of a lot of shows as well.
I probably don't make the best decisions on what to "let into" my home.
