We have all seen them. The suits, only listen to contemporary Christian music, bumper stickers on the cars, and tracks in their pockets. Basically this stereotype gives Christians bad names. The Christ follower is more like the generation now. They wear the blue jeans to church and are more laid back. The listen to Christian music except it is typically Christian rock or metal. Basically, the Christian is just like the Christ follower except they are dressed to impress. I think Christian or Christ followers need to have a combination of both.
