Amy, that is such a great scene and almost perfectly descriptive of our situation. Wish I’d had that much humor at the time. We were so exhausted, all we could do was repeat the phone number we called to make the reservation.

Yes. But you must have called our other location.
Well, we called at 7:15 from Chicago.
Well, our other location is closed at 6:00.
Silence.
Then we must have talked to someone here, then?
Well, we have no record of that….
