This article shocked me! It appears the IMB needs to repent from its arrogance.  If this organization agrees that baptism is a symbolic act, then why would it require someone to get baptized twice? Do they believe you can be saved twice? No! And I'm not even going to get into the rest of the article. I hope this is righteous anger I'm feeling like when Jesus turned over the tables.
