In Romans 1, it teaches that the Lord will essentially release people to pursue their fill of sin and as a result experience the direct consequences of that - abortion and the promotion of a perverted sexuality are part of that. "For this reason, God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator..."
