Especially this season, I'm drawn to the richness of the lyrics of the classics. "O Sacred Head," "When I Survey the Wondrous Cross," so many come to mind. Such a marvelous part of our heritage as believers! Such a powerful post! I cannot sing or read those lines without tears streaming from my eyes and raising a hand (or two - big doings for this Baptist girl).
