Great review, especially re: the process of starting GTD. Two suggestions:

1) GTD software makes a huge difference. Omnifocus is good. For others searching for their ideal app, check out our GTD Software Comparison Table (nearly 100 researched titles and counting).

2) Pulling off GTD easily. Common struggles with GTD and how to handle them are covered in Total, Relaxed Organization (a GTD extension). What's the most effective, simple filing system? How can you get Weekly Reviews down to 10 minutes? How do you "collect" and "process" legacy file cabinets without disrupting them? It has the answers, and it shows you how to train yourself pronto.

I hope this helps some of your readers!

Hi Jeff

Good review, makes me want to keep the promise I made myself to reread the book after a year. You cover several things I'd forgotten and that I know will help me become better organised if I apply them diligently.

Have you visited the website yet at Davidco.com? There are some helpful articles available there.

Richard's last blog post..Weary traveller returns home
