Carolyn and I were married 15 years ago, in May 1992. Wow. I’m more in love with her today than ever. I truly married and still enjoy the companionship of my best friend. Our home is one of playfulness, laughter and endless surprise. We’re deeply imperfect, blessed people.

Stolen wheels

I can’t believe this… We were packing the vehicle for Little Rock to see my folks on the Fourth, and I finally noticed that Ghost, my scooter, was missing from the carport. Now this might not have been unusual, given the friends that I have, but after a quick call to the most ornery ones, I finally allowed my stomach to get sick.
We think it’s been stolen, and are now waiting on the Monticello Police Department to come and file a report. Not a good start to a holiday weekend.

How crummy!! I hope you’ve heard some news on it! Clayton and I had some stuff stolen from us out of my old car right after we had gotten married. (my purse and his wallet.) I won’t even say how much cash we were carrying (right after Christmas and our wedding, and we were moving to a new bank… it made me cry!) I never realized how violating it feels to have something personal stolen from you. Ugh.. evil in the world!

Noooooo! Not the Hog. I can’t believe it. Well with gas prices I guess I can believe it. What’s next? Even the criminal underground is feeling the crunch of fuel prices. Hope you find you Ghost man.
